By accepting a quote and authorising the commencement of any works, you are automatically agreeing to our Services Agreement, as described below

This Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Southern Landscape Solutions ("the Company") and the client ("the Client") for the provision of landscaping services. By accepting a quote, using our services, or engaging with Southern Landscape Solutions, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Services to be Provided

1.1. The Company agrees to provide landscaping services as described in the agreed-upon quote or proposal.

1.2. The specific details of the services, including scope, materials, and timeline, will be outlined in the project quote.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. The Client agrees to pay the Company according to the payment terms specified in the project quote.

2.2. Payment shall be made in the form and manner agreed upon in the quote, and any overdue payments may incur additional charges.

3. Changes to Scope

3.1. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3.2. Additional work not covered by the original quote will be subject to additional charges.

4. Duration of Services

4.1. The Company will strive to complete the services within the agreed-upon timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.2. The Client agrees to cooperate with the Company to facilitate the timely completion of the services.

5. Client's Responsibilities

5.1. The Client is responsible for providing access to the property for the Company to perform the services.

5.2. The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals or permits required for the project.

6. Warranty/Guarantee

6.1. The Company provides a warranty/guarantee on the materials and workmanship, as specified in the project quote.

6.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by factors beyond the Company's control.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party.

7.2. Termination must be communicated in writing and will be effective upon receipt.

8. Governing Law

8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of services.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.
